- The minimum age for color treatments is 18 years.
- Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance.
- In case of "no show" a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service is due.
- All prices are package prices and include several hair washes as well as hair care, styling and the option for the calligraphy cut.
- Color packages also include every amount of product required as well as all necessary color and care additives.

- It may happen that there are two small dogs in the salon. If you suffer from an allergy to animal hair or a phobia, please let us know immediately after making your appointment by email or WhatsApp, stating your appointment details.
